…he Versal is DONE The two NIC slots' PRSNT_L pins went straight from the pad into the expander model's input register, one flop, while the M.2 PEDET inputs next to them go through meta_sync. On cosmo both presence inputs are constants; metro wired the Versal's live pins to them. Metro's slots now take their presence from the sequencer instead: the Versal's synchronised presence pin, per channel, and only while the NIC sequencer is in DONE. Before that there is no endpoint behind the pin for the SP5 to power and train.

Fix a couple of issues on metro between seq and the hp image, add delays to asserting presence as a partial workaround for missing PERST pin functionality due to incorrect sch connections on metro r1.
