Add Isaac Lab application E2E validation

Summary

• Add an opt-in GPU E2E job that uses a provisioned Isaac Lab checkout as the application under test.
• Install the candidate isaacteleop wheel and retargeters into Isaac Lab while keeping CloudXR-only dependencies in an isolated harness environment.
• Launch the documented IsaacContrib-Stack-Cube-Franka-IK-Abs XR task with a hosted client/OOB probe, bounded runtime, fatal-log checks, and structured artifacts.

Relationship to #773

This is a stacked follow-up to #773. That PR remains focused on the Quick Start baseline and hosted-client coverage; this PR contains only the Isaac Lab application job and launcher.

• The restored application tree matches the previously reviewed b20959f8 implementation.

The provisioned Isaac Lab GPU execution is still required before this path can be reported as passed.
