Router TCLK problem #59

Its getting:

Could not decrypt an APS command from 0c:43:14:ff:fe:17:e7:4f (0xC7B9): its trust center link key is wrong or missing.

i think not every day but not more times a day.
The coordinator backup is having:

The device is one ikea 2 gen WS bulb that was in the small test system.
The ikea test system is merge to ziggurat from ZBT-2 and the device can have being added to it then TCLK was not working OK but is now move to ikea test system.
Then all other routers and sleepers is working OK i think its somthing strange with the new added device but 2 sleepers was also move from small test to ikea test and dont have problems so little strange then only the light is having the problem.

Can it being its one "old TCLK" that was stored (then it was not working OK) and is not delete and is being reuse later then adding the device ??
