Reroute crossings introduced by overlap shifts

Summary

• detect new perpendicular crossings introduced while separating overlapping inline-label traces
• let trace cleanup repair only those newly introduced crossings, preserving unrelated routes
• add whole-perimeter corner candidates when a local segment detour cannot escape the component layout
• assert that the reduced core 555 BTN_IN and GND traces no longer intersect
