The nmstate_apply module declared supports_check_mode=False, so "kayobe overcloud host configure --check --diff" skipped the network state application task and reported nothing about the desired network changes. The older chrony role does not render the configured local stratum directive. Update it to v0.2.0 to apply the local stratum configuration correctly. Adds support for configuring Dell Enterprise SONiC switches, using the ``dellemc.enterprise_sonic`` Ansible collection. Follows the same conventions as the other Dell Switch roles.
