The Editor Took Too Long to Respond Issue

I am getting the following message when trying to access the preview by clicking "Open in New Window." I usually use this since unable to set the custom size for the device I am working with.

The error states the following "The editor took too long to respond. Looks like the editor is not responsive. Try refreshing it. If this issue persists, please file an issue."
