Part of #5274 (slice 5: the TS queue family).

Moves the temporary-storage queue block of CICS_TASK_JAVA (withTempStorage, writeqTs, rewriteqTs, readqTs, readqTsNext, the TsResult record and the nested TempStorage store) into gitgalaxy/tools/cobol_to_java/cics_task_tsqueues.py as TSQUEUES_JAVA, spliced back where it sat. The generated CicsTask is byte-identical: CICS_TASK_JAVA compared equal as a string before and after (sha256 2c83e438...). Same pattern as #6635 (transient-data split).

Hand-written files (5): the new module, the forge, test_cics_family_split.py (new once-where-it-sat test), test_evidence_components.py (staleness pair), tests/tools/det_sweep_plan.py (GENERATOR tuple).

Class / Sibling gaps

Class: forge-runtime Java family split, where a contiguous span of CICS_TASK_JAVA becomes its own cics_task_<family>.py constant. Done: web, taskcontrol, containers, filecontrol, faults, conditions; this PR adds TS queues; the TD queues are in #6635. Sibling gaps still inside CICS_TASK_JAVA: the BMS family (sendMap, MapSubfields, receiveMap), the FORMATTIME code, and the harness and driver classes near the end. Each needs its own boundary check and its own slice (5-file limit).

Cross-repo

None. Companion in this repo: #6635 touches the same four shared files (import, tuple and test-list lines). Either merge order works; the second one merges main.

Gates

pr_gates --fast 7/7, --ratchets 9/9 (no golden bless needed), tree-wide guards plus the two test files (362 passed), time ratchet clean, det_port.py check: 179/179 ports unchanged.

This PR conflicts with main, so no checks ran. Merge origin/main into it and regenerate generated files with their tools (never hand-merge them), then push.
