Hey! I'm Shashank Katiyar

I am a Computational Biologist at Dana Farber Cancer Institute, researching pediatric cancers using spatial transcriptomics and machine learning. Previous to this, I completed my Master's at Carnegie Mellon University in 2024 and my undergrad in 2023 at Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur.
