Description of the change

Release v1.2.0 version update. Bumps version in package.json and package-lock.json from 1.1.0 to 1.2.0, the same change as the v1.1.0 release (#172).

Includes:

• Allow rollbar 4.x as a peer dependency, [SDK-764] Allow rollbar 4.x as a peer dependency #174

Note: the rollbar peer dependency range is now ^2.26.4 || ^3.0.0-alpha.3 || ^4.0.0, so apps can install @rollbar/react alongside rollbar.js 4.x without an npm ERESOLVE error. It's a non-breaking compatibility fix, hence a minor bump. The rollbar devDependency stays at ^3.1.0.
