After updating to 1.56.0, the Java template chooser no longer appears when creating a new Java file.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Add "java.templates.typeComment": ["/// ", "///", "/// @author ${user}"], or any other non-empty array to your workspace settings.

Create a new file Foo.java via the explorer

The usual chooser for class Foo, interface Foo, enum Foo should appear but does not.
Environment
- Operating System: MacOS 14.6
- JDK version: OpenJDK Runtime Environment Temurin-25.0.4+7
- Visual Studio Code version: 1.141.0
- Java extension version: 1.56.0
Workaround
Remove the java.templates.typeComment setting.
