Documentation of event triggers (e.g. Modal.open_trigger) is ambiguous

Docs for Modal.open_trigger reads "Optional event to trigger when the modal is opened". For clarity, this is an optional variable referencing an event to be listened for in order to trigger the modal. Alternatively, you could interpret the docs to mean that it is an event that is triggered when the modal is opened. There are other such ambiguities related to other types of triggers, e.g. in ServerLoad.
