Update audit log forwarding page with proper structure and content

Rework the log forwarding demo page: fix front matter (description, tags), add tested-with table (OCP 4.22.5, Logging 6.6.0), correct heading hierarchy, add language tags and titles to code blocks, remove unused ServiceAccount, add descriptive text throughout, and rename to match actual content scope.
