reduce size

fix require syntax to only import lodash methods necessary to reduce size. Update docs.... again.

fix a couple of bugs

fixes bugs related to scope of common js imports, also fixes errors in docs and examples which uncovered this issue. Additionally, adds functionality to toJS to allow for returning a frozen plain JS object or array. Fixes mergeTollerant typo in docs and typings. Updates typings accordingly to all updates/fixes.
