Compatibility with Python 3.14 on Windows

This program is not compatible with Python 3.14 in Windows for the moment, until the PythonNet library has been updated for Python 3.14 pythonnet/pythonnet#2610
Other platforms (macOS, Linux) can use Python 3.14 with this program.

@BrokenGabe can you use the code from the latest main branch? You will be able to use Python 3.14 with Linux/macOS platforms

FYI there's a Python 3.14 release candidate of pythonnet if you want to bump and try it. Fixes a couple 3.14 issues with .NET including a memory leak.
