Adds spikard (github.com/Goldziher/spikard, MIT, 103★) — a Rust-powered polyglot HTTP framework with type-safe routing, tower-http middleware, OpenAPI/AsyncAPI/GraphQL/JSON-RPC codegen, and WebSocket/SSE, exposed via a native Ruby binding.
