Update kagent 1.x reference docs at v1.0.0-alpha8 (version conrefs changed)

Regenerates the kagent 1.x API and Helm references, its CLI and environment variable pages, and the version conrefs at a released tag. Nothing here was read from either repository's main:

• kagent: v1.0.0-alpha8 (b8d8b5c)
• kmcp: v0.4.0 (8f26f04)

The 1.x span of versions/kagent.md moves to 1.0.0-alpha8, so the helm install --version lines on those pages and the reference content beside them describe the same release. Only this line's spans were written; the other line's are asserted unchanged.

The environment variable reference is regenerated from docs/env.md in the kagent checkout, which upstream generates from the registry in go/core/pkg/env and holds to it in CI. The testing section is dropped as repository-facing; pass --include-section testing to publish it.

A version conref moved in this run, so this is not a routine regeneration.
These values render into helm install --version lines that readers copy out of
setup/installation.md, observability/tracing.md, and observability/audit-prompts.md.
Merging asserts the guides work against the versions below, so re-test the affected
guides rather than merging on green CI alone.
