Binaries in distributed extension are unstripped #4482
Description
Binaries in github.vscode-codeql/distribution2/codeql/** are unstripped which significantly increase size extension package.
For example, on linux stripping (with strip --strip-unneede) ELF binaries in this directory significantly decreases its size from 1.1 GiB to 660 MiB

We've made some improvements, which will be part of CodeQL 2.27.0. The improvements save close to 300 MiB. Running
strip --strip-unneededmight have a negative impact on crash reports, so we didn't want to go that far.
