Healthcare shift scheduling was scattered across spreadsheets and chat threads, with attendance verification running on ad hoc evidence. Built a modular monolith — scheduling, worker actions, attendance, manager review, and audit exports on one source of truth, with a real InsightFace/OpenCV module behind face enrollment and embedding-based verification (stub fallback for local dev).

Architecture ideas kept dying in whiteboards and diagram DSLs no one maintained. Built one semantic C4 model as the source of truth — Context and Container views, validation, and exports (Mermaid, Structurizr DSL, PNG, SVG) all derive from it. Local-first, no accounts, no cloud storage.

The upstream KDE plugin broke on Plasma 6.6 with qBadAlloc crashes. I rewrote it. 100+ languages including Quechua and Aymara, zero network calls.

Full RAG stack, no cloud. It shuts up instead of hallucinating when retrieval confidence drops below threshold.
