disable-application piv

I had an issue that YubiKey was asking for PIN every time I use SSH. I figured that scdaemon gets confused when trying to deal with PGP and PIV at the same time. In order to fix the issue I added `disable-application piv` to my ~/.gnupg/scdaemon.conf
