A newer version of Microsoft.Identity.Client exists, but since this PR has been edited by someone other than Dependabot I haven't updated it. You'll get a PR for the updated version as normal once this PR is merged.

Resolved in commit 1e4f1f5 by merging main into this branch and fixing the Directory.Packages.props conflict to keep Microsoft.Identity.Client at 4.85.0 while taking the latest main updates.
