This meeting is a valuable opportunity for current and aspiring leaders in research software engineering to connect, share experiences, and shape the future of the field and network.

We encourage those who are considering or preparing for leadership roles to attend - your perspectives and contributions are vital to these discussions.

Lightning talk submissions are due by **14 August**, with decisions communicated to participants **w/c 17 August**.
