chore(deps): bump @bomb.sh/router to 0.8.0 and drop routes()

What does this PR do?

router 0.8.0 removed routes(), child routes now go straight into their parent (bombshell-dev/router#48). this bumps the dep and unwraps every routes() call across the router pages, updates the routes guide intro, and moves the api reference to 0.8.0: routes out, dynamic in, and checkpoint() resuming with a plain list. the checkpoints guide comes in a follow-up.
