Summary
NIFI-16366 Improves validation and authorization handling for updates to Controller Service references.
Improvements include ensuring that the request identity identifier matches the request URL identifier and adding evaluation of referencing components based on current configuration. This approach avoids unexpected behavior for mismatched values. A new utility class follows the pattern of other decoupled authorization classes and includes a corresponding unit test for verification.
