docs: add AI agent installation guide - #1216

Remove the guide.md link from the Download pages and add the copy-paste AI assistant prompt to chapter 1 of QuickStart_apache (latest and latest-Table, both English and Chinese).
The organization action allowlist requires the exact commit SHA instead of a version tag.
