Adds Hostinger's
hostingerplugin from https://github.com/hostinger/hostinger-claude-plugin, pinned to the reviewed commit (see entry). Replaces #1160, which GitHub auto-closed when its branch was rebased onto main; content is identical (categorydeployment).
