docs(claude): condense CLAUDE.md and remove derivable content#94

Merge the generator/analyzer build sections into one (exact commands live in the build-* skills), drop content duplicating auto-loaded context and nested CLAUDE.md files, trim fast-aging folder listings and verbose prose. Remove the Unity 6.0+ pin ahead of lowering the minimum supported version.
