This isolates the vite update removed from grouped dependency PR #7748.\n\nWhy separate:\n- #7748 originally had a lockfile-only vite override bump from 6.4.1 to 6.4.3 while package.json still resolved vite to 6.4.1, causing pnpm frozen install to fail with ERR_PNPM_LOCKFILE_CONFIG_MISMATCH.\n- This branch updates the root resolution and both fixed workspace vite devDependencies consistently.\n\nLocal checks run:\n- pnpm install --frozen-lockfile --prefer-offline\n- pnpm nx run ui-extensions-server-kit:build --skip-nx-cache\n- pnpm nx run ui-extensions-dev-console:build --skip-nx-cache\n\nNote: pnpm 10.11.1 rewrote some lockfile metadata while regenerating this standalone lockfile.
