Bump ctutils-dependent crates to MSRV 1.87 - #2500

Hmm, so this upgrades Technically the other crates can continue to have an MSRV 1.85 with older Otherwise I'm not sure what to do here other than pull I'll go ahead and bump MSRV for the others to get the build green. |

Requires the latest version. v0.4.4 contained important constant-time fixes, although it's unclear how much they matter for these crates.

Looks fine to me. But eventually we should modify our CI to extract MSRV from Cargo.toml and to generate appropriate Cargo.lock (while committed Cargo.lock would be for the latest versions).
