Releases the ISO code parsing fix: `Monetize.parse('20.00 DKK')` returned
20.00 in the default currency instead of 20.00 DKK, because currencies
absent from `Monetize::Parser::CURRENCY_SYMBOLS` were ignored. Codes not in
that list are now honoured.
Patch, not minor: the only other change since 2.0.0 is a refactor of
`parser.rb` with added `enforce_currency_delimiters` test coverage, which
parses every input exactly as 2.0.0 did.
Bumps `Monetize::VERSION` and turns the CHANGELOG's "Unreleased" heading
into the 2.0.1 section, leaving an empty "Unreleased" on top.
