The linkcheckmd hook is timing out in CI — this appears to be a repo-level configuration issue, not related to my changes. All other pre-commit hooks pass locally. Could a maintainer take a look?

Please don't change the content of the page, you should just add your event in the yaml header, in the initiative part, please follow the example there which currently it is commented out:
