The cleanup task for ephemeral environments runs hourly as a non-system task, even when ephemeral environments are not in use

The "Apply automatic deprovisioning rules" task is spawned once an hour, to deprovision any ephemeral environments. These are not classed as system tasks, and therefore appear in the unfiltered task view alongside non-system tasks such as deployments. This adds excess noise to the task view
