Bumps the version to 2.2.2. Included since 2.2.1:

• After MySQL.jl had opened a connection, a Ctrl-C during a long statement could be lost, and the background task that closes connections left to the garbage collector stopped for the rest of the session. The interrupt now reaches your code, and that task restarts on the next connect. With an interactive thread pool (-t N,M), the task runs on the default pool, so it no longer competes with your work on thread 1. (Let a SIGINT leave the reaper task and restart it on the next connect #255)
