Setup previously wrote integrations for every supported CLI, including CLIs that were not installed. It now detects
codex, claudeandpiexecutables on PATH and presents a terminal menu to install all detected integrations, a subset, or none. The menu reads from the controlling terminal for curl-to-bash installation.
--agentssupports explicit unattended selection; missing CLIs are always skipped. Cancellation happens before integration/service configuration, and headless global npm installs defer setup. Setup guides and support/privacy copy describe the new behavior. The native pairing acceptance test also waits for the endpoint readiness file, avoiding a race between the startup log and the atomic file write.
Validation:
pnpm release:auditpassed, including browser builds, Safari native validation, archive reproducibility and an isolated packed-host install with real shell I/O.This PR does not publish a new terminal-host npm version.
