With expertInsightsMqtt on, insights chats go through an insights chat subscriber and publisher on their own connection and the insights channel, with the selected capabilities in the request context, and stream tool calls, reasoning and progress like support. HTTP stays the transport when the flag is off. Insights tracks its own stopped turns. Connection notices only talk to the chat on screen, so a drop of the other agent's connection reconnects quietly. Instance notices still go only to the support agent.

expertInsightsMqtton, insights chats go through an insights chat subscriber and publisher on their own connection and the insights channel, with the selected capabilities in the request context.End to end it needs the flag (#9071), the broker ACLs and bridge (#9070) and the central broker topics (FlowFuse/engineering#589).
