• replace nonexistent and obsolete PyPSA-Earth calls with an executable PyPSA 1.2.4 / HiGHS teaching network
• correct the 100 MW offshore-link capacity/efficiency inconsistency
• add a real NeqSim 3.16.0 Stream–Compressor–Cooler–Separator–ProcessSystem application and couple calculated power into fresh PyPSA dispatch cases
• add five retained technical figures, engineering interpretation, equations, checks, limitations, references, and exercises
• record the complete validation in the maintenance ledger
