Opinions aside, CodeEdit looks really ugly in Squircle Jail.
Since CodeEdit's app icon is very similar to the icon used in Xcode 16, updating it for the upcoming design using inspiration from the new Xcode app icon would make sense.
@knotbin I have been collaborating with a few designers to make it just right. This new style was a bit disorienting at first so we want to be sure to create something that we thing everyone will love and is consistent with Apples new design language. Stay tuned!

Any updates on this? @thecoolwinter do you think the new icon will be ready by the time Tahoe is out?

It's been a few months since macOS Tahoe became stable. Is this still a WIP? @austincondiff @thecoolwinter

Hey, it's almost been a year. Is the icon ready, or would it be helpful for a community member to design one?
