* Add post on learning MCP with an LLM as reviewer

Writes up building the Transcript MCP server by hand while an LLM
planned, reviewed and tracked progress without writing any code.

Prompts and LLM output are wrapped in collapsible <details> blocks so
the 260-line generated plan does not dominate the post, with kramdown's
per-element markdown="1" instead of the global parse_block_html.

The hero image ships as JPEG rather than PNG: as a photograph it needed
1.5 MB as PNG and missed the 300 KB budget even after the optimizer's
full ladder, where JPEG holds 1600px at 220 KB.

* Skip link checks on the Substack post the runner cannot reach

The new post cites schoolofthought.substack.com, which answers 200 to a
plain curl locally and 403 to htmlproofer on the GitHub runner. Substack
blocks datacenter IPs, so the link is live and the check is wrong about
it — the same ci-block case as the five URLs already listed.
