FiraCode Font override system color emoji fallback for globe emoji

Experienced Behavior

1. Install FiraCode
2. Set it as default font in VS Code / terminal
3. Render: 🌐😀🚀
4. Observe 🌐 is monochrome, not color emoji

Expected Behavior

Emoji codepoints should be left unpatched or allow system fallback
to color emoji fonts.
