Last updated in 2021 and I really want to see some updates again, and what will it be?

Because it is a hobby project done in free time… If you want to have an idea how much it is to work on a font full-time, have a look at the costs of Berkeley Mono, MonoLisa, or Pragmata :)

The question is still unanswered. But I will ask it differently.

Considering there hasn't been a release in 4 years and many tweaks and fixes seems to have been done in this repo during that time, is there anything that would prevent a new release to be done from the master branch in it current state?

To be precise, is there anything broken currently that would require fixes before releasing a new version?
I would be glad to have the legacy computing symbols, the ampersand ligature for example.

I tried to build from master myself, but the Dockerfile doesn't seem to be working for me:
I get this error, so I must be doing something wrong:

There appears to be a few more things to do still.
