Update FAQ Import Column Structure

In the Administration Panel, under Import & Export > FAQ Import, update the FAQ import column structure to support the following schema:
FAQ ID (string) – A brief identifier or summary describing the context of the question/answer.
FAQ Title (string)
Question (string)
Answer (string)
FAQ Creation Date (date)
FAQ Status Update Date (date)
Category (string)
Subcategory (string)
Status (string) – Allowed values:
Open
In Progress
Closed
