Hebrew version site needs RTL realignment

The new Hebrew version of site is LTR which makes the text nigh unreadable. It needs to be adapted to RTL.

Vitepress the framework I started testing in #2096 has experimental support for rtl. Might be worth testing

Migrated to VitePress in a personal branch. Need to test to make sure it doesn't break Crowdin mechanism.
