Infinite Loading On Modpack Upload in website

Describe the bug

Modpack Upload Stuck on 0 Percent, the pack will infinitely load on 0% till it times out , only happens to one specific Server

Specifically happens on this modpack, I could not recreate it anywhere else

Steps to reproduce

1. Create an new Server in modrinth site
2. Add a Custom Modpack
3. Modpack will work for a little when updated but will stop allowing updates of any new packs, becoming stuck at 0%
   (Specifically happening to this one modpack)

Expected behavior

Modpack will upload

For more info, I changed the modpack type to see if it fixes the issue and it did not fix the problem, with the pack still not uploading

Problem seems to be solving, just uploading very slowly compared to all other modpacks,(1% per few mins instead of 2 mins to upload)
