Version 0.0.4.8 Write-RsCatalogItem.ps1 does not support .gif files #214

Description

Do you want to request a feature or report a bug?
This is a bug

What is the current behavior?
When trying to upload .gif files, it says that only jpg and png files are allowed.

If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce and if possible a minimal demo of the problem.
Use Write-rsCatalogItem to try to upload a .gif file

What is the expected behavior?
It should accept the file and load it to the catalog.

Which versions of Powershell and which OS are affected by this issue? Did this work in previous versions of our scripts?
Powershell 5.1 with SSRS 2017

I tried to push my fix to the repo, but don't have access to do it. I don't know if I should create another branch. Please review the attached script that now allows .gif and sets the MimeType to image/gif.
