failed start bluetooth module

I downloaded the version 2021-0-3-16 and as the title suggests it does not see the bcm3430 wifi chip, what should I do to solve the problem?

I would assume the kernel is out of date. What we need is this: raspberrypi/linux#3625

I read the link article, but since I'm not an expert, I understand very little.
it is not possible to have an image to write to sd and start the s.o. ?
or links that explain step by step how to do it.
for the PC I use mint 20 64 bit and rpi is model 3B
