Support animation of additional marker properties

Following up on the addition of marker position animation added in v3.4.0, the feature request in the Maps SDK for Android issue tracker also requests the ability to animate scale, alpha, and rotation.

In AnimationUtil.java there could be more interpolators for these additional marker properties.
