`not a valid datetime. in /_layouts/default.html`

In my repo https://github.com/adr/e-adr, I changed nothing. I use the very default configuration for pages.

Today, I got some error about /_layouts/default.html. I don't have this file in my repo.

Hi, this generally happens when Jekyll is installed inside vendor/ in your site instead of being installed outside your site directory. This content I believe comes from a template file inside of Jekyll's source code, so somehow that source code is reachable from your site's source directory.
