[Warning] Border patrol detention facility?

Describe the warning

I vaguely recall someone saying that there's a newly constructed border control detention facility somewhere in San Diego County. Does this need to be added to the special population MGRAs?

Brown Field Border Patrol Station located near Dulzura. The official CBP website still lists the old location for this station, which was in Chula Vista. The new station opened on Highway 94 in 2025. It is in MGRA 23536 and spans three lckeys (814644, 814799, 924284). It is adjacent to a Cal Fire station.
